Terms and Conditions

This is a summary of the terms and conditions for using PC & Internet access services. Using our services means you accept these terms and conditions.

1/. Check the price lists carefully before use the services.

2/. Pay all fees or charges resulting from use of the service at every visit.

------- If you concern about the access time calculation accuracy, please ask for a "check-in" ticket from the counter before use services.

------- As you known, the speed of Internet connection is affected by many factors such as telecommunication carrier's capacity, traffic volume and so on. Internet House is trying best to provide good quality services to our valued customers, but is not liable for Internet connection downtime or failed to access some websites.

3/. Agree to scan your own disks for virus checking. All PCs & documents are automatically scanned for viruses using Norton Antivirus®, this is to protect our PCs & other user's data.

----- Use disks in our PC at your own risk, we are not responsible for any data lost & damaged on your disk.

----- Please be aware: This virus scanner may not be able to detect the latest viruses or repair all viruses and variants. Latest virus definition updates will be made regularly.

4/. Please do not share to use a PC or one person use two PCs-- the rule is: One person one PC, alternatively you will be double charged !

5/. Children under aged 15 should use the Internet service by their parent's supervision and / or permission. And not allow entering the shop during the school hours.

6/. No Food. No Smoking. No Alcohol. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7/. Browsing of any illegal and XXX pornographic materials are PROHIBITED in this shop.

8/. We are NOT liable in the event such as the failures of PC / POWER Supply, INTERNET Connection downtime and Misuse during the use period. Customers are required to pay their PC usage and NO credits will be given whatsoever.

9/. Due to the concern of the SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT , do not install any copyright-protected software to our PC or you should un-install them after use.
